At New Cosmetics Sales, we want you to love your premium beauty purchases as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our flexible returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return eligible items with the same care we put into curating our professional beauty collections.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- All original components (including brushes, palettes, and applicators) must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customizable Palettes (once configured to your preferences)
- Brush Cleaners and Exfoliators (opened containers)
- False Lashes (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- Face Masks (once seal is broken)
- Any products marked as “final sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our Beauty Finance Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
