Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your professional beauty purchases as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our flexible returns policy makes exchanges or returns simple.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • All original components must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customizable Palettes (once configured)
  • Brush Cleaners and Exfoliators (opened containers)
  • False Lashes (hygiene reasons)
  • Face Masks (once seal is broken)
  • Products marked “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our Beauty Finance Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)
  • Confirmation that item is unused

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

We’ll inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for replacement items.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using trackable shipping as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost.
